All orders are shipped out via UPS or USPS or FedEx or Pioneer.
Shipping and Delivery Estimates
We ship in-stock orders as soon as possible. This is often the day you placed it or the day after, but there are situations where it may take longer. If your item is in stock, your order is estimated to ship on the next business day. All estimates are based on business days.
If you choose to pay by credit card, your order will be billed within 24 hours. The items will usually be shipped out next business day after we received payment. If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery destinations, you may receive separate order shipments. Delivery will typically take 3 to 5 days, depending on your destination and the shipping carrier. In the event of any shipment not being fulfilled or shipped out after label creation, shipments exceeding 8 business days have the option to choose order cancellations or partial refunds. When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.
Infans takes every reasonable precaution to ensure that the products are not damaged during shipping. However, damage to products can occur during travel from the Infans shipping facility to homes or businesses. If the item is damaged in transit, please choose the corresponding item in “My Orders” to apply for a refund or a return within 3 business days after receiving your package. Note any visible damages (scrapes, dents, etc.) or operationally damaged (the system will not work), take the digital photographs and provide Infans with proof of the damage in detail as this will assist us in processing your order refund.

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. For exact locations of your shipment, please track your items on the carrier's official website.

1. Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.
2. We are not responsible for any return shipping cost if product didn’t meet your expectation nor placed a wrong order after order has been shipped out.
3.Items that weighs less than 150lbs will be dispatched by UPS. While, items that are weigh more than 150lbs will be delivered by truck.

We recognize that sometimes an item may not meet your needs. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please keep in mind that all returns must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged and all packaging, labels, and tags must remain intact and be attached to the item. Promotional items, flash sales, clearance items, and any items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for partial refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final. Otherwise, the item may not be eligible for return.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item to Infans. In the event that you are unable to ship the item out, we will process a return shipping label. Once we’ve received the returned item, we will then process your total refund, excluding return shipping costs, to your original method of payment. Please note that all refunds are processed within 3-7 business days.

Order Cancellations
Order Cancellation Before Shipment:If you need to cancel your order, you must cancel within 24 hours to receive a full refund.
To cancel your order, please email us at support@infansbaby.com. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3-7 business days.
Please note that we are updating our system maintenance between 11:30 pm-4:00 am PST Time. Any online cancellations are not supported. If you would like to cancel your order during this time.
Order Cancellation after Shipment:If you need to cancel after 24 hours of the order and before the item is delivered, please email us at support@infansbaby.com. We will process and recall your item(s) right away.
If the package has been recalled, you will receive a full refund minus a flat recall fee of $17.60*, which will be credited back to your original payment within 3-5 business days. *Each recalled package is $17.60.
If the package has failed to recall, you will receive a failed recall email notification. Please get in touch with support@infansbaby.com right away. Cancellations after shipment are only valid to UPS ground delivery service and FedEx. Any items delivered by truck, UPS sure post, or USPS cannot be recalled. All orders must be rejected at delivery.
Returned Products:
For any item returns, you can request a return label. Please notify us in advance of any of the following returned reasons, so we can anticipate that return.
Defective Item:If you feel you have received a faulty or defective product, please email us at support@infansbaby.com. Our support team will quickly reassess the issue and provide you with a response for up to 48 hours.
Received the Wrong Item:We follow careful order-picking procedures to ensure every item in your order is correct, but occasionally we do make mistakes. You can choose to keep the wrong item with a partial refund or request the correct item. To request the correct item, we may offer you a free-of-charge return shipping label.
Item Damaged During Transit:In the unlikely event your item arrives at you in less than perfect condition, please reject the delivery immediately and get in touch with us at support@infansbaby.com. We will work with the shipping company and expedite your new replacement order. Alternatively, a full refund can be requested after we’ve submitted a damage claim with the shipping company and received confirmation. We may require images and/or videos of the defective product.
Missing or Lost Item:If you suspect your package is missing or lost, please email our customer service team at support@infansbaby.com with the order number as well as the tracking number so that we can initiate a lost package claim. This claim will help in the recovery of your missing or lost package. The process will take 7 days until a formal confirmation can be received from the shipping company.

Maneuverability surprised me for a double stroller. Even with both seats fully loaded, it turns smoothly and does not feel overly heavy to push around town.
Loving this stroller so far! Clearly the price is appealing but it’s genuinely a good quality stroller. It drives very smooth, both of my kids can sit comfortably and are well secured. It folds up very compact with ease. I cannot speak to the longevity of the wheels but I’m hopeful we can get a lot of use out of them. It’s not a big obnoxious double stroller like some on the market. Would definitely recommend!
Customizable footrests are such a thoughtful detail. As my children grow their legs get longer, I can adjust the footrest height to match, so their legs do not dangle uncomfortably no matter how long we stay outside.
Don't know why I bought this twin-size at the beginning. But, apparently, I fall in love with it as soon as I pop up this stroller. The spacious room makes great sense to carry your baby and stuff you need all at the same time. Thinking about grocery shopping, camping, or moving around, you don't need extra cart to load your stuff. Instead, you can lay flat the back bracket to carry the stuff while having your baby sit tight at the front. And, premium material makes the stroller light yet sturdy and no lack of style. Super easy for installation. You will love it as I do.
I spent weeks researching double stroller options before purchasing. This INFANS model delivers on all listed features, and real‑world daily performance matches the product description perfectly.
Only purchased this to travel with my kids. I use this OFTEN now. I’ve never been one to use a stroller but this was life changing. It’s compact and light, making it easy to break down and travel with. I can fit all three of my kids in it (obviously not at once), but kids ages 1-5 can fit comfortably! I can quickly grab this and throw it in the trunk, and break it out just as quick! 10/10 would recommend!
When we go to the beach or playground, the UPF50+ sunshade protects sensitive baby skin. I feel much more confident letting my little ones spend time outdoors in bright sunshine.
I like the modern clean look of this stroller. It is functional for daily parenting tasks and does not look clunky or old‑fashioned.
Handlebar angles suit different family members. Grandparents with different heights can also push comfortably when they join us for family walks.

The EVA wheels roll quietly on most surfaces. There is no loud squeaking noise, so it will not wake up a sleeping baby when we move across concrete or boardwalk paths.
UPF50+ adjustable sunshade offers reliable sun protection. On bright sunny days I extend the canopy to block harsh direct UV rays, shielding my babies’ skin and eyes without fully closing them off from fresh air.
We have used this stroller for zoo trips, grocery runs, playground visits and weekend day trips. It adapts to nearly every family activity we can think of.
Storage in our home closet works great too. It does not occupy excessive floor space, and we can tuck it away easily when we are not heading out with the kids.
Assembly was straightforward out of the box. All required parts were included, instructions were clear, and I finished putting the whole stroller together on my own within forty‑five minutes.
Very cheaply made. Storage underneath and is very thin material that isn’t structured so it will get (unsnapped) and fall. It’s hard to access the bottom storage basket. The one bar brake is a nice concept but only if it would work. Tried this stroller out for 3 days with walks around the neighborhood and it always frustrated me. Stability.. ehh gets a 3 out of 10 for me. Stays together but definitely cheaply made
The adjustable sunshade can be positioned to block sun coming from different directions. I can angle it forward, backward or partially open to balance shade and airflow depending on how hot the day is.
The rear seat’s wide recline range makes it suitable right from the newborn stage. We started using it with our baby right after coming home from hospital.
All locking parts for folding work reliably. I have folded and unfolded dozens of times and have not run into jamming or sticking issues.
This double stroller is a must have for people who have two little babies. It's very easy to set. Takes me only 5 minutes to get it done. Heavy duty very stable. The wheels are easy to move around and also easy to fold up. The two seat is adjustable, baby can lay all the way down. Two parasols are water resistant and adjustable. Overall it's worth money and this one fits most of my needs.
When visiting shopping malls, the swivel front wheels let me navigate narrow aisles with ease. Most double strollers are hard to maneuver inside stores, but this one works really well.
I love this stroller! If you have 2 under 2, than this stroller is perfect!
My pros:
-My 1.5 year old son fits very comfortably in the front seat with room to grow.
-The back seat is great for infants, it lays all the way flat. Which most double strollers don’t have.
-Easy to fold up! And fits in the back of my 2023 Chevy Traverse with some spare room on the sides (though hard to tell in my pic).
-Great quality and looks more expensive than it is. Love the leather accents and light blue sun shades.
-Has an adjustable handlebar, my 6’2” husband appreciates.
My cons:
-As many other reviews mention, there is not much leg room in the back seat. Probably best suited for kids under 2.
-The storage basket is hard to access. You can squeeze some smaller stuff beneath on the side, otherwise you have use the leg space in the back seat. Which is inconvenient when a baby is lying down flat.
-It is quite heavy.
-No cupholders.
This baby double-wheel stroller is very easy to use. The two-seat stroller design can accommodate newborns and toddlers at the same time. The front and back seats can be adjusted to tilt, and newborns can lie flat. This stroller has good shock absorption, is stable to use, and has smooth wheels. There are two adjustable parasols to protect the baby from direct sunlight, and there is a large storage bag underneath that can hold a lot of baby items. It is very convenient for me to take two children out alone!
Footrest adjustment is simple to operate. I can reposition them in seconds without extra tools, which is wonderful as my kids keep growing month after month.
Handlebar angle adjustment holds its position firmly, it never slips or drifts while I am pushing the stroller for long distances.
One‑step rear brake is super convenient. I press it down with my foot to lock both rear wheels at once, hands stay free to hold bags or soothe fussy little ones whenever we need to stop.
After folding, the shape stays compact, it will not spring open accidentally during transport in the trunk thanks to the lock mechanism.
