1. Shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in Canada (excluding Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon)

All orders are shipped out via UPS or USPS or FedEx or Pioneer.
Shipping and Delivery Estimates
We ship in-stock orders as soon as possible. This is often the day you placed it or the day after, but there are situations where it may take longer. If your item is in stock, your order is estimated to ship on the next business day. All estimates are based on business days.
If you choose to pay by credit card, your order will be billed within 24 hours. The items will usually be shipped out next business day after we received payment. If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery destinations, you may receive separate order shipments. Delivery will typically take 3 to 5 days, depending on your destination and the shipping carrier. In the event of any shipment not being fulfilled or shipped out after label creation, shipments exceeding 8 business days have the option to choose order cancellations or partial refunds. When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.
Infans takes every reasonable precaution to ensure that the products are not damaged during shipping. However, damage to products can occur during travel from the Infans shipping facility to homes or businesses. If the item is damaged in transit, please choose the corresponding item in “My Orders” to apply for a refund or a return within 3 business days after receiving your package. Note any visible damages (scrapes, dents, etc.) or operationally damaged (the system will not work), take the digital photographs and provide Infans with proof of the damage in detail as this will assist us in processing your order refund.

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. For exact locations of your shipment, please track your items on the carrier's official website.
You can visit our online Order Status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order. Sign in with your Infans account and password to get a summary of past orders by visiting our Track Your Order’ Page for detailed steps of order tracking.

1. Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.
2. We are not responsible for any return shipping cost if product didn’t meet your expectation nor placed a wrong order after order has been shipped out.
3.Items that weighs less than 150lbs will be dispatched by UPS. While, items that are weigh more than 150lbs will be delivered by truck.

We recognize that sometimes an item may not meet your needs. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please keep in mind that all returns must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged and all packaging, labels, and tags must remain intact and be attached to the item. Promotional items, flash sales, clearance items, and any items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for partial refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final. Otherwise, the item may not be eligible for return.

If you want to return it by yourself

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item to Infans. In the event that you are unable to ship the item out, we will process a return shipping label. Once we’ve received the returned item, we will then process your total refund, excluding return shipping costs, to your original method of payment. Please note that all refunds are processed within 3-7 business days.

Order Cancellations
Order Cancellation Before Shipment:If you need to cancel your order, you must cancel within 24 hours to receive a full refund.
To cancel your order, please email us at support@infansbaby.com. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3-7 business days.
Please note that we are updating our system maintenance between 11:30 pm-4:00 am PST Time. Any online cancellations are not supported. If you would like to cancel your order during this time.
Order Cancellation after Shipment:If you need to cancel after 24 hours of the order and before the item is delivered, please email us at support@infansbaby.com. We will process and recall your item(s) right away.
If the package has been recalled, you will receive a full refund minus a flat recall fee of $17.60*, which will be credited back to your original payment within 3-5 business days. *Each recalled package is $17.60.
If the package has failed to recall, you will receive a failed recall email notification. Please get in touch with support@infansbaby.com right away. Cancellations after shipment are only valid to UPS ground delivery service and FedEx. Any items delivered by truck, UPS sure post, or USPS cannot be recalled. All orders must be rejected at delivery.
Returned Products:
For any item returns, you can request a return label. Please notify us in advance of any of the following returned reasons, so we can anticipate that return.
Defective Item:If you feel you have received a faulty or defective product, please email us at support@infansbaby.com. Our support team will quickly reassess the issue and provide you with a response for up to 48 hours.
Received the Wrong Item:We follow careful order-picking procedures to ensure every item in your order is correct, but occasionally we do make mistakes. You can choose to keep the wrong item with a partial refund or request the correct item. To request the correct item, we may offer you a free-of-charge return shipping label.
Item Damaged During Transit:In the unlikely event your item arrives at you in less than perfect condition, please reject the delivery immediately and get in touch with us at support@infansbaby.com. We will work with the shipping company and expedite your new replacement order. Alternatively, a full refund can be requested after we’ve submitted a damage claim with the shipping company and received confirmation. We may require images and/or videos of the defective product.
Missing or Lost Item:If you suspect your package is missing or lost, please email our customer service team at support@infansbaby.com with the order number as well as the tracking number so that we can initiate a lost package claim. This claim will help in the recovery of your missing or lost package. The process will take 7 days until a formal confirmation can be received from the shipping company.

This wagon is fantastic! It's spacious, folds and unfolds with ease, and feels very sturdy. There's plenty of storage space, and assembly was a breeze, it was extremely easy to set up. The wheels roll smoothly, providing a comfortable ride, and the stroller maneuvers effortlessly. My daughter loves riding in it!
My partner is six foot tall and I am five foot two, so adjustable handles were non‑negotiable for us. The multi‑position push handle eliminates sore backs after long walks. The adjustable pull bar works great when my husband pulls and when I pull. We can both get a comfortable grip without awkward bending or stretching.

Folding mechanism is incredibly user friendly. Just press the side button and collapse it in moments. We use it for family road trips all the time, the folded size fits neatly in our car trunk. Setting it back up again takes barely any effort. I was worried double wagons would be bulky, but this one is very manageable for storage inside our home too.
We take this wagon to the beach and camping almost every weekend, and the detachable UV canopy saves our kids from harsh sunlight. It also handles light afternoon rain showers surprisingly well. The face‑to‑face seating design is my favorite feature. My two children love being able to see and chat with each other during walks. It is a big and heavy box when it came to my house, for me I think it’s a little bit heavy for me but this is a wagon stroller can’t compliant about it. I can’t wait to open the box and install it. It’s very easy to install just take maybe 3-5 minutes to installed all the parts. My kids were so exciting and can’t wait to sit on it, just perfect size for my 2 year old daughter and 9 months old son for chill out. Finally I found a wagon stroller I want it because it could be very useful even tho not just for my kids could be use for laundry, shopping…etc that’s why I don’t want get the double stroller just for the kids. Spend value of money for many useful ways.

Folded size is reasonably compact. It fits comfortably inside most standard vehicle trunks. We do not need a huge oversized SUV to bring this wagon along on family trips.
The three‑point harness system covers torso and lap, keeping children safely positioned. Straps adjust to fit different kid sizes. Padding prevents irritation even during multi‑hour rides.

Rear one‑click brakes are very convenient. I tap down with my shoe to lock, tap again to release. I do not need to bend over or use hands. Whenever we stop at playgrounds or curbs I engage brakes right away for extra safety.
Does the job for the price, but there are a few specific areas that are very annoying. Would have probably invested in a better wagon if I had two kids who would use it for more than a year or two.
Annoying aspects
1. Umbrella coverage - on very cheap clips that fall off if you close and open it or if the kids pull on it. Very annoying to slide back on several times a day
2. No reclining option and lie flat requires you to clip from the bottom. My son doesn’t find it very comfortable to sleep in and he’s pretty easy going
3. Wish there was more storage on the sides. Once you clip the diaper bag on the handle, you can’t access the bag on the stroller which is kind of flimsy.
Pull handle adjustment range is fantastic. Zero to ninety degree angle plus two height settings mean pulling posture always feels natural. Whether I am navigating busy sidewalks or grassy park fields, I maintain good control over direction and speed.
